Spazoe is a digital platform that connects wellness and massage therapists (“Providers”) with clients seeking their services (“Clients”). Spazoe acts solely as a venue to facilitate connections. We are not a party to any agreements or transactions between Providers and Clients, nor are we responsible for the quality, legality, or safety of the services offered or the accuracy of Provider listings.

2. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create a profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3. Provider and Client Conduct

• Providers: You agree to maintain accurate, professional, and up-to-date information in your profile. You are solely responsible for the services you provide, and you must ensure you are qualified and licensed to perform these services in your jurisdiction.

• Clients: You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose of finding and contacting Providers. All interactions and bookings are handled directly between you and the Provider.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you post on Spazoe, including photos, videos, and descriptions. By posting, you grant Spazoe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

• Spazoe’s Content: All content, logos, and intellectual property on the Spazoe website are owned by Spazoe. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” SPAZOE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY PROVIDERS. SPAZOE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF PROVIDERS OR CLIENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPAZOE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. 

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
